Recently, on the Summit Conference of 2007 Top 100 Main-board Value Listed Companies in China & Awarding Ceremony, Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. won prizes such as Best Ten Responsible Listed Companies, Best Ten Main-board Management Teams, Top 100 Main-board Value Enterprises and Best 100 Chairman of Board & Secretary, becoming the star enterprise with the most prizes on the Conference.

Vice President of Sany Group said that June 17^th was the first day for share valuable of 560 million Yuan in Sany Heavy Industry as the first one reformed shareholding to fully lift the ban and the day for Chinese stock market stepping into stock entire circulation time. For the stability and healthy development of Chinese share market, Sany issued the announcement of locking ban-lifted stock for another two years, practicing the enterprise concept of State’s Responsibility Higher than Benefits of Enterprise called by the Chairman of the Board Liang Wengen.

The listed companies attending the Conference appraised highly about Sany’s not decreasing shareholding. They thought that Sany’s demonstration effort would affect the activity of non-tradable shares, greatly releasing the pressure of lifting the ban of non-tradable shares on the market as well as the countering emotion of other organization and customers on decreasing the holding of non-tradable shares, which would be helpful to stable the market. Sany awarded Best Ten Responsible Listed Companies was the affirmation from the capital market and shareholders.
