Self-surmounting and Ignite the Passion of Secondary Creation—CIMH Strategic Partnership Training Campus & Key Dealer Business Seminar 2008 was held in Shanghai.

 

On June 23rd, CIMH Key Dealer Business Seminar 2008 was held in Songjiang in Shanghai. The Chairman of the Board of China Infrastructure Machinery Holdings Limited (CIMH) Li Sinyam, CEO and President Qiu Debo, other leaders of CIMH in Shanghai and 26 key dealers attended the Seminar.

 

The Chairman of the Board of China Infrastructure Machinery Holdings Limited (CIMH) Li Sinyam gave address on the opening ceremony. After concluding the general operational situation of CIMH in the first half year of 2008, Li Sinyam analyzed the great challenges engineering machinery industry currently faces and set forth three requirements on the work in the next stage: firstly, to consistently stick to dealing principle and further strengthen the cooperation between the dealers, emphasizing the thought of emotion and management; secondly, to enhance the product quality and provide the customers with products of high quality and performance and finally to follow up the pace of CIMH developing internationally to complete the management system and plan the enterprise development due to internationalized standards. He also specially laid stress on the basic principle of keeping mutual development of CIMH secondary creation and CIMH family, sincerely showing his expects on all the dealers to make efforts together to contribute to the secondary creation.

 

Then, President Qiu Debo further elaborated the three requirements stated by the Chairman Li, and called for inheriting the culture concept of CIMH family to develop together and share the achievements together as well. President Qiu also reported CIMH’s operational situation on capital market and recent development planning, demonstrated the goal and visions of CIMH secondary creation and hoped everybody to comply with the strategic arrangement of Director Bureau, ensuring the smooth completion of five 20% performance indicators. During the address, President Qiu conducted brief analysis on the issues the dealers concerned such as the orientation of enterprises and dealers in the future, the challenges engineering machinery industry faces and the competition status of future engineering machinery industry.

 

During the training campus, the six teachers specifically employed inducted the guests attending the activity to reflect and restart from the very beginning through vivid course design combined with various activities and videos. All the guests found their orientation and ignited their passion to conduct secondary creation. The dealers appreciated highly on the training and the business management manual for dealers jointly put forward by CIMH and Consultancy Company, saying that they would make full use of the manual to practically enhance the quality and truly play the active role in the construction of enterprise organization structure and adjustment of operational thought so as to contribute more in the process of CIMH secondary creation.

 

Meanwhile, CIMH also held the Key Dealer Business Seminar. President Qiu and the leaders of Holdings Limited together with the Managers from the subsidiary companies in Shanghai attended the Seminar. They listened to the suggestions of guests on the product quality and management mechanism. On the seminar, the guests realistically reflected the problems and status of CIMH’s sales market and put forward a series of reasonable suggestions on perfecting product quality and management mechanism. On behalf of CIMH, President Qiu thanked to the sincerity of the guests and required each subsidiary company to practice well the issues the dealers had set forth.

 

The General Manager of CIMH Sales Co., Ltd. Lu Xiangcheng organized and presided over the activity which lasted for 4 days. The guests fully felt the learning and warm atmosphere in CIMH. Everybody believed that under the guide of Chairman Li Sinyam, the dealer team will continuously develop and enlarge while market operational management will become more systematic and normalized. The dealers said that they would follow up the pace of CIMH’s secondary creation to forge forward and create new brilliant future together.
