In order to promote the industrial construction of two-oriented society in Changzhutan, Hunan Vice-Governor Chen Zhaoxiong led the superintendents from relative departments to investigate Sunward Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd. on June 26^th. The Vice-Governor acquainted the development situation of industrial enterprises and gave highly praise on that.

The leaders accompanying the Vice-Governor included the Mayor of Changsha City Zhang Jianfei, Vice-Mayor Wen Shuyun and so on. After shaking hands with the leaders of the company, the Vice-Governor visited the assembly workshop and technological center for small excavators in the 1^st industrial park with the General Manager Peng Mengwu, Vice-General Manger Luo Yaming and President Assistant Liu Jihong from Sunward. The General Manager Peng introduced the current development situation, production scale and various products in Sunward. After knowing the regularity and quality of production process as well as the wide market prospect of Sunward, the Vice-Governor expressed his great appreciation.

Then, the Vice-Governor visited the technological center, seeing the self-innovative system. He hoped that Sunward should grasp the opportunity of constructing two-oriented society and comprehensive infrastructure reform test area in Changzhutan, combine the development planning and make use of advantages in production, research and development to strengthen self-innovation capacity, fasten internationalization progress and contribute more to propel the economic construction in Hunan.

From January to May, Changsha realized industrial value-added of RMB 43.257 billion Yuan with an increase of 19.7%, pulling GDP to raise 7.4 percentage and contributing more than 51% to the economy increase, during which the output value of scaled industries was RMB 96.883 billion Yuan with an increase of 36.4% and the output value of finished industries was RMB 35.151 billion Yuan with an increase of 24.7%. The Vice-Governor Chen Zhaoxiong also pointed out that enterprises in Changsha had a good momentum of development. In the future, Changsha needed to coordinate the relationship between traditional advantageous industries and high-new technological industry as well as the relationship between key enterprises and mid-small enterprises so as to fasten industrial transmission to make advantageous industries developing towards two orientation and then towards scales.
