On April 28th, China Infrastructure Machinery Holdings Limited (CIMH) held 2008 First Working Meeting of General Manager in Songjiang New Century Grand Hotel in Shanghai, China. The meeting reviewed the work of previous stage, arrange the development task in the next stage and discuss deeply in terms of strengthening the quality management of customer mechanism, consolidating construction of quality products, completing responsibility system of general managers, reducing cost and enhancing effect and expanding market. General Managers of each subsidiary company, person-in-charge of each department reported their work of previous stage, set forth feasible improvement advice towards the weak link in the work; Vice-Presidents and Directors of the Holding Limited gave their specific suggestion and requirements as well.

Chairman of the Board in CIMH, Li Xinyan showed his appreciation to the work of the company and each subsidiary company in the previous stage, asking the superior management personnel to strengthen their crisis sense, responsibility sense, market sense, corporate cultural sense and social sense to make CIMH a comprehensive modern enterprise in an all-round way.

CEO and President of CIMH Qiu Debo presided over the meeting and gave a conclusion at last. He overviewed the operation situation of CIMH in the previous stage, analyzing the reason of problems and putting forward the thought of the next stage, requiring the leaders to practice the spirit of Chairman Li Xinyan to guarantee the successful implementation of development strategy and completion of all the tasks in the following stage.
