On April 15^th, Shandong Provincial Government held Commending Meeting for 2007 Shandong Advanced Top 100 Taxpayer Enterprises in Ji’nan. Deputy Secretary of Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Mayor Jiang Daming, Standing Member of Shangdong Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice-Mayor Wang Renyuan, Standing Member of Shangdong Provincial Party Committee and Vice-Mayor Wang Junmin and Mayor Assistant Zhou Qi attended the meeting to reward the prize to all the commended advanced taxpayer enterprises. Doosan Infracore (China) Co., Ltd. won the honorable title of 2007 Shandong Advanced Taxpayer Enterprise.

In 2007, Doosan realized healthy, rapid and stable development under the support of all the provincial and municipal leaders and the efforts of all the colleagues, gaining annual sales income of RMB 6.7 billion Yuan and paying taxes of RMB 240 million Yuan to the state, among which state tax was for RMB 205 million Yuan and local tax for RMB 35 million Yuan, both creating new record. As a leading enterprise in world ISB field, it has been actively fulfilling its taxpaying obligation and social responsibility in the process of vigorous reform and strengthening the enterprise, playing significant role in repaying the society, propelling local economic and social development and contributing a lot to the rapid growth of the economy in whole Shandong.

This selection considered not only the taxpaying situation of enterprises, but also comprehensively the situation of enterprises in terms of safety, environmental protection, compliance with state’s industrial policy and financial disciplines. Once there were problems on the above terms, no matter how much tax had been paid, the enterprises would be denied. The adjustment of the selection standard has sent an apparent signal for the enterprises to lead them pay more attention on the development way and quality, practically carrying out excellence first and scientific development rather than only emphasizing economic aggregate and gross taxpaying.
