On March 28^th, two good news were disclosed from JIE Holding Group Co., Ltd. in Jingjiang that China Gear Manufacturers Association Reducer (Hangzhou) Lab was established officially and production line of annually manufacturing 500,000 sets of high-precision warm gear reducers was put into production. It was known that the reducer lab is the first industrial reducer lab and the production line has the largest output in China.  

It was acclaimed that JIE Group began to build the reducer lab from March, 2005. Once the lab was built up, it could test the durability and vibration of JIE products and also offer strong guarantee for the technological innovation of products in the Group. Besides, China Gear Manufactures Association will sample inspect the products of all the reducer manufacturers in the Reducer Lab in JIE Group.

The production line of annually manufacturing 500,000 sets of high-precision warm gear reducers is the typical project emphatically supported by China Gear Manufacturers Association. JIE Group invested more than 100 million Yuan to introduce whole sets of equipments and technology from Europe, enhancing the numerical control rate of equipments up to 92%. The superintendent of the production line explained that the new production line also has obvious upgrade on energy-saving and emission reduction, which can directlly deal with the sewage and waste water produced by itself while the energy consumption of unit product reduces a lot.

2008 is a technical innovation year for JIE Group. All the people in JIE Group will move on the back of establishing industrial lab and new production line to lead a new tide for technological innovation.
