On April 12, 2008, 2007-2008 the 3^rd China Human Resource Management Achievements announcement, award ceremony and summit organized by China Enterprise Evaluation Association, China's HR Development and Research Association and China Human Resource Management Award were held in Beijing National People’s Congress Center. On the ceremony, Yuchai won honorable awards of Top Enterprise and Golden Prize of Achievements relying on its excellent theory and practical achievements of human resource management.

China Human Resource Management Award is well-received and concerned by various fields especially enterprise and press field due to its profound concept and connotation—Competition Creates Outstanding and model promotes advance, becoming an annual grand gathering of China Human Resource Management. Government leaders from relevant department and representatives from famous enterprises and academic field, nearly 600 people attended the series of activity. More than 50 authorized media such as Xinhua News Agency, CCTV and specialized media of human resource conducted whole follow-up report to the award.

Experts commented that human resource practice in Yuchai was of modern management concept and era features with apparent economic and social benefits, thus selecting Yuchai to be Top Enterprise of 3^rd China Human Resource Management Award. CCTV interviewed Yuchai on their human resource practice as the only one enterprise to be interviewed among the winners.

The achievement sample Construct Harmonious Labor Relationship, Realize Win-win between Enterprise and Staff subscribed by Yuchai was awarded Golden Prize of Achievements from 165 achievement samples. After Liu Biqing gave keynote speech about the achievement sample, he bacame the interview focus of all the media. As one of comment guests, Director of Shanghai Normal University Human Resource Development & Management Institute, Professor and Doctor Advisor Zhang Peide appraised the principle, technology, practicability and high efficiency of Yuchai’s labor employment from the angle of laws and practice.
