On Mar.6, 2008, Secretary-General of Federation of European Machinery(FEM), Industrial Truck Association(ITA) and Japan Industrial Vehicle Association(JIVA), Secretary-General Su Enyi and Executive Vice Secretary-General Zhang Jie held working conference in Industrial Truck Institution of China Construction Machinery Association (CITA for short). This is the first working conference for the four associations since CITA formally became a member of  the Alliance of Industrial Truck Organizaitions Last September.

Firstly, Secretary-General of CITA Mr. Su Enyi announced the beginning of the conference, and warmly welcomed the attendance of three Secretary-Generals on behalf of CITA. Mr. Su introduced the general development information of industrial trucks in China in 2007. America, EU and Japan congratulated on the growth of China forklift industry. CITA also appreciated the support of ITA, FEM and JIVA in recent years.

Then, Mr. Knorad Kasper, Mr. Wiliiam J. Monterwieler, Mr. Ken Takase and Ms. Zhang Jie respectively introduced the working situation of FEM, ITA, JIVA and CITA, and asked questions on which they are interested in and had discussions.
　　

In the afternoon, Mr. Ken Takase gave a report on the address, detailed agendas and organization situation of the Alliance of Industrial Truck Organizaitions Conference which will be held in Japan from May 15^th-16^th, and formally invited all the associations. Secretary-General Su Enyi declared the thought on the agenda that in 2009, the Alliance of Industrial Truck Organizaitions Conference will be held by CITA in China. “It’s our honor to undertake this conference, and welcome the counterparts of industrial trucks to meet in China. The conference can not only promote the communication among enterprises of forklift industry, but also play quite active role in knowing Chinese market, acquainting productivity and level of Chinese forklift manufacturing enterprises and parts suppliers and impeling Chinese enterprises understand more about other enterprises in the world.”said Mr. Su.
　　

Finally, the conference communicated in terms of association’s main work, statistics, standard and check in the future. The Secretary-Generals were all satisfied with the successful results of the conference, and showed their hope to strengthen the close relationship among associations and perform well in industrial vehicle field through such communication.
