JLG Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Oshkosh Truck Corporation, recently announced key leadership changes. Charlie Szews, president of JLG and executive vice president and chief financial officer for Oshkosh Truck Corporation announced that Wayne Lawson, Mike Rafi, Joe Dixon and Kirsten Skyba will each expand their roles with JLG.

 

“I am pleased with the focus, commitment and flexibility exhibited by the JLG team, and the outstanding performance of Wayne, Mike, Joe and Kirsten during the period of integration between JLG and Oshkosh,” commented Charlie Szews. “Each of these individuals continues to demonstrate their strong leadership capabilities, and their ongoing contribution to the strategic growth of the organization.”

 

Wayne Lawson, vice president of sales and customer support for EAME, will assume expanded responsibility in which he will take an even more prominent role in leading the development and implementation of our EAME market development and sales strategies while continuing to provide leadership for the sales and service operations and customer support functions. He will also assume responsibility for the major accounts team in Europe, along with the used equipment sales team and associated initiatives.

 

Valuing and growing the Caterpillar Alliance remains one of the key areas of strategic focus for JLG. With his strong leadership and results focus, Mike Rafi has been promoted to the position of vice president and general manager for the Caterpillar Alliance Group.

 

JLG is pleased to announce the promotion of Joe Dixon to the position of vice president and general manager of ServicePlus.

 

Kirsten Skyba has accepted the position of vice president of global marketing for JLG. Previously, Kirsten was the vice president of marketing communications for Oshkosh Truck Corporation.
