Special ceremonies marking the company 70th anniversary were held at the Changwon and Incheon plants on June 1. President Kim Yong-sung presided over the Incheon event, while Executive Vice-president & COO Kim Woong-bum did the honors at Changwon. Both executives thanked the employees for their sacrifices and dedication to advance the company. They noted that since the launch of Doosan Infracore, everyone has been working as one to achieve the corporate vision.

They called on the employees to bring together their efforts and intelligence to perform additional tasks so that Doosan Infracore emerges as a proud company that commands global respect. These tasks include (1) accelerating operational globalization, (2) continuing to change and innovate, (3) strengthening global competencies, and (4) fostering a climate of labor-management harmony.

On the occasion of the company anniversary, 668 employees received prices for long-term service.
