On Jul. 4th, 2008, Linde (China) continued the Leading Industry EHS – Green Purchasing Seminar Series in Zhongshan, Guangdong province. More than 60 companies including Gree, Livzon, and Dachangjiang Group, from Zhongshan, Zhuhai, and Jiangmen cities attended the event.  

Mr. Luo Jingsheng, Vice Director of the Zhongshan Environmental Science Society and Environmental Protection Technology Center praised Linde (China)’s effort in environmental protection and high attention to EHS in product design and development. Mr. Liao Dan, Regional Sales Manager of South Region stressed the importance of “Green Purchasing” considerations to avoid EHS violations in everyday work.

 

In the seminar, BSI’s trainer shared some tips on Green Purchasing and some case studies on the EHS benefits. Logistics expert from Linde (China) also took the chance to share the various EHS considerations in our products and solutions. Additionally, representative from Hongta Renheng Paper shared their company’s green efforts.

 

After the seminar, all participants took in to the green for some golfing and putting competition. Representatives from Hongta Renheng Paper and Elite Electronic Material won the Most Active Participation Award.
