On May 31^st, five-day CeMAT2008 was successfully closed. Forklift manufacturers and matching merchants from all over the world put forward their new products and new technologies. As the discussion of environmental issues became more and more hot, this exhibition also focused on energy-saving and environmentally-friendly forklifts.

As an old-branded as well as one of the Top 10 forklift manufacturers in the world, Jungheinrich took many new products to CeMAT, and demonstrated their energy effect and driving technology. Jungheinrich exhibited its new product Concept 08 based on energy storing and driving technology.

Doctor Klaus-Dieter Rosenbach, a member of Construction Technology Management Committee in Jungheinrich expressed: “We used new technologies in this concept modal, enabling it a real substitute for the hydrogen fuel cell vehicles under development, and it is cost-saving and environmental protected.” This forklift has erected a new standard for the forklift industry.

Jungheinrich also exhibited its hydro-static transmission forklift VFG 425s-435sequipped with new fuel engine for the first time to the industry professionals. With low noise, this new forklift features high efficiency, low energy consumption and environmental protection with its low emission value.

Moreover, Jungheinrich exhibited EKX 513-515 electric picking forklift/stacker, which can effectively improve the speed, efficiency and safety of the units; JetPilot with multi-functional steering wheel; ERE 225 electric pallet truck with fixed standing platform and full range of tractors.

In these years, Jungheinrich has played the role of system integrator for logistics equipment system solutions with business never limited to industrial trucks. At CeMAT, Jungheinrich demonstrated its logistics system business through practical examples to the visitors.

In addition, Jungheinrich also prepared several funny activities for the visitors to enjoy; for example, sandy-craved Jungheinrich forklift had attracted a lot of people to participate.
