Founded on 8th Feb. 2002, Exide Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Exide China”) is the sole legal foreign-funded company and the only legal subsidiary of its investor: Exide Technologies in China with its place of registration being registered as: Part B, D4-62#, D4 plot, D district, 70 Fu Te Road (E1), Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. Guangzhou Office: Room 1005, North Tower, Guangzhou World Trade Centre Building, No371-375 Huanshi Road (East), Guangzhou, China. Our business scope mainly includes:
（1）Storage and trade of power supply including industrial batteries, automobile batteries, related accessories and hardware, product maintenance, technical consultation and training, after service and product display
（2）International trade，transit trade, trade with other companies in Free Trade Zone and entrusted trade within Free Trade Zone
（3）Trade with companies out of Free Trade Zone through trade agencies which is entitled to import & export trade
（4）Simple processing in Free Trade Zone and business affairs consultation

Right now we have total 38 staffs working heart and sole in the following positions and fields: sales, marketing, after services, logistics, warehouse management, accounting and administration etc.
