LOGIS-TECH TOKYO 2008 is the largest exhibition in Asia specializing in materials handling and logistics, an area which can present a significant challenge to businesses in their efforts to strengthen their economic base and stabilize management. State-of-the-art hardware and software from home and abroad will be introduced, including logistics equipment, systems, software and services.
Themed on "Logistics Innovation for Creating Our Future: Human and Eco-Friendly Logistics Systems", the 8th event will be attended by a total of 125,000 executives and staff from distribution and logistics - particularly from the transportation and warehouse industries for four days, making this year’s exhibition the largest ever.

New! Focus Display: “Safe and Eco-Friendly Truck Transportation”
This new Focus display focuses on the improved quality and reduced environmental load of truck transportation, accounting for approx. 90% of the total domestic goods and merchandises. Twenty-eight exhibitors in this exhibition corner will demonstrate a range of solutions for better and more efficient trucking (e.g., Eco-Trucks( Fuel Cell, Hybrid, CNG), Idling Stop System, Operation Control System, Digital Tachograph, Overload Prevention System).
Presentation seminar & trucking seminar to be held!
The presentation seminar will introduce practical applications of new products, technologies and services by exhibitors as well as provide information on solutions. In addition to sessions managed by exhibitors, the trucking seminar will include topic seminars aiming to examine the development and challenges of the trucking industry. Details of the seminar program will be placed on the event website shortly. NOTE: All seminars will be held in Japanese only.
