Chinese manufacturer Heli recently celebrated its successes at the 2019 Heli Global Distributor Conference.

The event brought together distributors from more than 90 countries and regions.

Heli has prioritised international growth as part of its One Belt, One Road initiative, and executives stressed the progress from 12 Heli forklifts sold to Europe in 1986 to its current status in the top 10 forklift manufacturers list.

"Heli brand forklifts, which have passed CE and EPA certification, have spread throughout North America, South America, Western Europe, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Africa, South East Asia and more than 150 countries and regions. For more than 30 years, Heli internationalisation has never stopped, and it has vigorously explored the international market," dealers were told.

Zhang Dejin, board chairman of Anhui Forklift Group, said Heli regularly reached out to its distributors to build trust, enhance confidence and ensure long-term cooperation.

The attendees at the event were told of Heli’s plans to "build a world-class industrial vehicle enterprise with global competitiveness and achieve the corporate goal of (a top five ranking)".
