In order to optimize operation layout of the company, fasten adjustment and update of product structure and enlarge the production capacity of forklifts and key parts, Anhui Heli is to issue stocks not more than 50 million shares and collect capital of RMB1.009 billion Yuan on the construction of 5 projects, which are Heli Forging Center, Baojin Heli Weibin Factory of heavy-tonnage forklift and special vehicles, South (Hengyang) Production Base of Heli Industrial Vehicle, Business Department of Covering Parts, and Cab for Forklift & Engineering Machinery and Business Department of Forklift Mast.

In 2007, Anhui Heli had G-series 2-3.5ton forklifts with 44 types on the market sequentially, earning decisive occasion for occupying shares of high-end market. Accoding to requirements of industrial policy and environmental protection in China, the company enhanced the strength of developing and manufacturing electric vehicles, launching 1-2ton AC three-wheel counter balanced forklifts, 2.5 and 4.5 ton AC counter balanced forklifts and 2.5 ton AC tractors.
